How it works
From permit to keys.
- Site and feasibility: the lot, the scope and the permit path are reviewed with the owner.
- Design and permits: drawings are completed and permits obtained before work starts.
- Budget agreement: budget and schedule are agreed with the owner before work starts. Both are estimates until design and permits are final.
- Construction: one licensed contractor on site, with progress photographed before work is covered.
- Inspections: required inspections are scheduled as the work proceeds.
- Handover: a record of what was built and how, kept for the owner.
