Licensed general contracting, start to finish.
- Assessment and photographic record of the damage before anything is moved or removed.
- Structural repair and reconstruction under the Florida CGC license.
- Repair scope and cost estimate prepared in Xactimate, line by line.
- Certified Restorer (RIA) designation held by the principal, awarded April 6, 2017.
Calderco repairs and documents property damage. It does not interpret insurance policies, advise on coverage, or negotiate claims. Questions about coverage go to the insurer.
How a repair runs
- Assess and photograph the damage before anything is moved or removed.
- Scope and price the repair in Xactimate.
- Obtain permits where required.
- Repair and rebuild under the Florida CGC license.
- Close out with a record of the work.
